How To Record Desktop Screen with Windows 10 Free Apps

Hello all, today I found something that might be useful for us to record our computer desktop screen in Windows 10. Which means you can record your activity on the desktop.

I'm not sure how many people are familiar with it but just sharing the steps. The best thing is it is readily available on Windows 10 and comes at no cost :-)

1^st step – Click your windows Key (the one with windows logo) together with the alphabet G key.

2^nd step – You will see something like this.You have to click on the red button to start recording.

3^rd step – Once you are done with your recording, click stop recording button on your top right corner

4^th step – You can see your recorded videos in your C drive folder under video category. The video is saved in MP4 format.

That's it!! Easy to use and it comes free at no cost.

The tool is under Xbox app in Windows 10 and the main purpose is to record games. 

But we can also use it to record other things. Here is one of the recording that I made using the tool.
